These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Postaxy. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

If you use Postaxy on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Postaxy provides tools for drafting, scheduling, managing, and publishing social media content through supported third-party integrations.

Some integrations may be limited to account connection, profile retrieval, draft creation, or other partial functionality until additional permissions, platform review, or product support is available.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You must provide accurate information and promptly update it when necessary.

You must notify us if you believe your account or connected social accounts have been compromised.

When you connect a third-party social account, you authorize Postaxy to access that account within the permissions you approve.

You are responsible for complying with the terms, policies, community rules, advertising rules, and developer policies of each connected platform.

Postaxy is not responsible for changes, outages, reviews, enforcement actions, rate limits, permission denials, or API restrictions imposed by third-party platforms.

You retain ownership of the content you create, upload, schedule, or publish through Postaxy.

You grant Postaxy a limited license to host, process, display, transmit, and publish your content as needed to provide the service.

You represent that you have the rights needed to use and publish any content you submit to Postaxy.

You may not use Postaxy to violate laws, infringe intellectual property rights, impersonate others, distribute malware, spam, harass people, or publish deceptive, harmful, or abusive content.

You may not attempt to bypass platform limits, scrape unsupported data, reverse engineer the service, interfere with service security, or use Postaxy in a way that could damage the service or third-party platforms.

Postaxy may include AI-assisted drafting or automation features. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing.

We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be accurate, compliant, original, or suitable for your use case.

Some features may require a paid plan. Pricing, limits, and included features may change over time.

If billing is enabled, payment, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms shown at checkout or in your account will apply.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of Postaxy at any time. We may also add, remove, or change integrations based on platform access and product decisions.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

You may stop using Postaxy at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service, or use Postaxy unlawfully.

After termination, certain records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

Postaxy is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee social media performance, reach, approval by third-party platforms, or continued availability of any platform API.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Postaxy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, or social platform account actions.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Postaxy for the service during the three months before the claim, or USD 100 if you used a free plan.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised last updated date.

Continued use of Postaxy after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
