Postaxy is a social media planning and publishing tool. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when using Postaxy.

By using Postaxy, you agree to the collection and use of information described in this Privacy Policy.

Account information: when you create an account, we may collect your name, email address, authentication identifiers, and basic profile details.

Social connection information: when you connect a third-party platform such as Facebook, LinkedIn, or TikTok, we store the account identifiers, display names, avatars, granted scopes, access tokens, refresh tokens when provided, and connection metadata needed to operate the integration.

Content and scheduling data: we collect posts, captions, media references, selected channels, publishing status, scheduled times, and delivery results that you create or manage inside Postaxy.

Usage and technical data: we may collect logs, device and browser information, IP address, session data, error reports, and similar diagnostic information to secure and improve the service.

We use your information to provide the Postaxy service, authenticate users, connect social accounts, schedule content, publish content when supported, show analytics and status, prevent abuse, and provide support.

OAuth tokens are used only to perform actions you authorize, such as reading basic account information or publishing content to connected channels when that feature is available.

We do not sell your personal information or your social media account data.

Postaxy integrates with third-party platforms. Your use of those integrations is also governed by the terms and privacy policies of the relevant platform.

When you connect a social account, Postaxy requests only the permissions needed for the integration flow. You can revoke access from Postaxy or from the third-party platform settings at any time.

For TikTok, the current integration is limited to account connection and basic profile retrieval unless additional publishing permissions are approved and enabled later.

We may share information with infrastructure, hosting, database, authentication, analytics, email, payment, and support providers that help us operate Postaxy.

We may transmit content and account data to connected social platforms when you ask Postaxy to perform an integration action.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or to investigate abuse or security incidents.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. Social access tokens are stored in encrypted form where supported by the application design.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

You may disconnect social accounts from Postaxy. Disconnecting removes the active connection from Postaxy, but historical publishing records may remain for audit, troubleshooting, and product history.

You may request account deletion or data deletion by contacting us at hello@postaxy.com.

You can update account information, disconnect integrations, revoke third-party access, and request deletion of your data.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export certain personal information.

Postaxy is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised last updated date.
